Lancaster dismissed the 10-count criminal indictment charging Extreme Associates, Janet Romano, aka Lizzie Borden, and Robert Zicari, both of California, with violating the Federal obscenity laws. The opinion, 45 pages long is attached in pdf format. If you don't have a pdf reader, check out download.com. It finds the obscenity laws of the United States unconstitutional, and will of course be appealed by the Justice Department. Gonzales has vowed to go after online porn, and this case provides a perfect opportunity.
